Solution Description:
The figure above shows the typical networking for the application
of the Multimedia Recording & Casting System in conference
rooms. Users may select the combination of AV Encoders, High-definition
Encoders and VGA Encoders and install encoders in the conference
rooms according to their actual requirements. The AV Encoder
and High-definition Encoder may be connected to the video and
audio signals that are collected by the camera and microphone
directly or through video and audio signal processing devices
(including AV matrix, sonic station and video and audio allocator.
The VGA Encoder may be connected to the computer screen signals
directly or through VGA signal processing devices, including
VGA matrix and allocator. The preceding encoders can encode
the signals collected and then send to the Multimedia Recording
& Casting Server through the network. The Multimedia Recording
& Casting Server can perform synchronously integrated recording,
live broadcast and play on demand on the received video and
audio signals and computer screen signals. The LAN and Internet
users can receive the real-time live broadcast or play on demand
by using the IE browser.
The Multimedia Recording & Casting System is characterized
by powerful functions and scalability. To implement recording
and casting in multiple conference rooms, users only need to
install such devices as AV Encoder and VGA Encoder in the corresponding
conference rooms. Users may connect the Multimedia Recording
& Casting Server to the corresponding conference rooms to
record the conferences according to the actual requirements.
If users want to concurrently record the conferences in multiple
conference rooms, users only need to upgrade the Multimedia
Recording & Casting Server to support the concurrent recording
of multiple conferences. It is more cost-effective to adopt
the distributed Multimedia Recording & Casting System to
implement recording in multiple conference rooms.

IP network and implements splitting between signal collection
and signal processing, making the system deployment and expansion
more flexible. The encoder used for signal collection in the
foreground can be installed in any one conference room, while

can be installed in the equipment room. IP network-based communications
are established between the foreground and the background, thus
meeting the needs of recoding of conferences held in any one

(1) Flexible recording mode: It supports recording hardware
modes;
(2) High definition: It supports ordinary mode of 4: 3 and wide
screen mode of 16: 9/16:10, thus satisfying the recording needs
of various resolutions ranging from 640X480 to 1280X1024;
(3) High frame rate: The frame rate ranges between 1 and 30
frames per second, thus satisfying the needs of recording and
casting of the dynamic video on the computer screen.
